Dan Mallari brings decades of experience in business management and financial leadership. His strategic direction ensures operational stability and long-term growth for Precise Med. With a background in Business Administration and Law, he applies structure and vision to every aspect of the organization. Dan believes leadership should always serve others, guiding every decision with accountability, excellence, and purpose.

Dr. Carmelita Mallari bridges the worlds of medicine and nursing with compassion and precision. A physician and registered nurse with decades of experience, she has served in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community-based health settings. Her dual perspective allows her to see both the science and the soul of caregiving. She finds fulfillment in helping families experience comfort, healing, and hope in their own homes.

Danforth Mallari, MBA, MHA, LNHA, serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Precise Med Home Health, where he leads the organization with a strong focus on operational excellence, compassionate patient care, and long-term strategic growth throughout Northern California.
Appointed into executive leadership by his parents, the founders of Precise Med Home Health, Danforth represents the next generation of leadership within the organization. His role reflects both the trust placed in him by his family and his commitment to continuing the company’s mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered home healthcare services.
Beginning his healthcare journey in direct patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Danforth developed firsthand understanding of the importance of empathy, clinical excellence, and personalized care. Over time, he transitioned into healthcare administration and executive leadership, combining frontline healthcare experience with advanced business and operational strategy.
Today, as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) holding both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Health Administration (MHA), Danforth oversees the strategic direction, operations, growth initiatives, and organizational development of Precise Med Home Health. His leadership emphasizes quality outcomes, ethical leadership, financial stewardship, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community partners.
In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Danforth is currently pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), further strengthening his expertise in executive leadership, organizational strategy, healthcare operations, and long-term business development. His commitment to continuous learning reflects his vision of building a modern, innovative, and values-driven healthcare organization prepared to adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape.

With advanced degrees in Nursing and Family Practice, she champions innovation, compliance, and compassionate service delivery. She works closely with teams to ensure care plans are executed with precision and empathy. Dianne takes pride in helping families regain independence and confidence through skilled, personalized support.

Donna Cathleen is known for her dedication to patient advocacy and clinical excellence. With more than 15 years of progressive experience, she leads nursing operations with a focus on communication, coordination, and quality outcomes. Her background in case management, home health, and geriatric care allows her to guide teams with compassion and clarity. She believes true healing starts when families feel heard, supported, and cared for as if they were their own loved ones.
Donna is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) to elevate the level of care she provides as a Family Nurse Practitioner and to bring advanced clinical leadership to Precise Med Home Health. Her decision to pursue the DNP is driven by her commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care and her desire to stay at the forefront of clinical practice in an ever-evolving healthcare environment.”
